Abstract
Neuroplasticity
can be defined as the potential of neural elements to react with adaptive
changes to intrinsic or extrinsic inputs. It is the principal flexible property
of neurons, or rather neuronal networks, through which they temporarily or
permanently change their biochemical, physiological and morphological characteristics.
These characteristics make neuroplasticity a good candidate for the basis of
learning and memory. Clinical neurologists have long known that some recovery
of function is possible after cerebral injury. The prescription of specific
treatments is based largely on hunch and habit rather than evidence-based
randomized clinical trials. A significant challenge for basic research is to
identify the nature and mechanisms of the mediating processes underlying
functional improvement so that rehabilitation strategies can be aimed at the
appropriate targets. Many factors can affect neuroplasticity, such as music
that play a big role in neuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity can be regulated by
genes like BDNF gene, also it can be regulated by the hormones such as
Noradrenaline. In this booklet, highlights the definition of neuroplasticity
and its type, also shows the factors that influence it and how it is regulated.

Borderline
Personality Disorder is a mental health disease that creates mood, behavioral
and relationships instability. It has many causes and effects and it is
treatable. Causes of this disease are many like: genetic cause, environmental
cause and brain abnormalities. Borderline Personality Disorder also has its
effects on patients and on people around them, BPD patient may hurt others by
his or her actions and behavioral, also BPD can lead him or her to commit
suicide due to stress they live. However, this disease is treated by medication,
hospitalization or psychotherapy depending on the case.
